Hi! Thanks so much for visiting my page! I have such a huge passion for health and wellness, and I can’t wait to share my love and experience with you! Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have been active my whole life, involved in everything from soccer to tennis to dance and more, since I was a kid! This love for movement led me naturally to a career in fitness. I have been working as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and yoga teacher for almost 19 years!
Through these past couple of decades I have gained so much knowledge, and tried pretty much everything in my field, as far as exercise and fitness goes. I also learned how important nutrition is for health, and that it actually matters even more than how often you work out, or what type of exercise you do. The foods you put into your body affect not just your weight or body fat level, or how you look, but actually affect you on a deep cellular level. Food really is an amazing source of natural medicine and well-being. After many years of personally studying and researching nutrition and holistic wellness, I received my certificate as a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, and my Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through Cornell University, and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
I truly believe that a Whole Food Plant-Based diet is the best way to create amazing health, and my hope is to share this knowledge with anyone who is interested in switching to a plant-based diet, or even just adding more plant-based meals into their life.
